  • How do I use PLAY POT Multi-Use Cream Colors?

    PLAY POT can be applied to eyes, lips, and brows. Use your fingers or a brush and build color. They’re creamy when applied, then dry down to a long-lasting, smudge-proof finish. Work quickly as they set fairly fast.

  • Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

    Yes! All POSH BEAUTY products are 100% cruelty-free. Many shades are vegan-friendly as well. Ingredient lists are provided on each product page for your reference.

  • How long do the PLAY POTS last once applied?

    Our formula is long-lasting, waterproof, and smudge-resistant. Once set, your look will stay vibrant for many hours without fading.

  • How much product comes in each PLAY POT?

    Each PLAY POT contains 4.5g of product, designed to last through endless glam sessions and creative looks.

  • Can I mix shades together?

    Absolutely! PLAY POTS are made for creativity. Mix and layer colors to create custom shades, gradients, or artistic looks. We sell a full mixing set to create any custom colors called The Artists Essential Palette Set.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! POSH BEAUTY ships to select international countries. To start, we ship to some of the most popular destinations: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, & Mexico.

  • How long does international shipping take?

    International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • What is your return policy?

    For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@poshbeauty.co, and we’ll make it right.
